Best of Suffolk & Best Escapes charity Easter Egg Hunt!

We at Best of Suffolk and Best Escapes have recently joined forces with The Suffolk Foundation to create the Best of Suffolk Charitable Foundation.  

Suffolk holds a very special place at the heart of Best of Suffolk and by joining forces with Suffolk Foundation, we are able to raise money for local charities and organisations close to our holiday cottages.

Last Thursday we officially launched the Best of Suffolk Charitable Foundation with a fun charity Morris the Seagull Easter Egg Hunt for families on Aldeburgh High Street.  Our lovely team, with the help of Judi from The Suffolk Foundation, were ready with lucky dip prizes and helium balloons at The Artists Room on Crag Path to reward the successful Easter Egg hunters.

Lots of independent shops on Aldeburgh High Street joined in displaying Morris the Seagull's eggs in their windows and Munchies were giving away free ice-cream.  The event was a great success and got our fundraising off to a good start.  Lots of people took part and the press came too - read our feature in the EADT!
