This warm character cottage is an ideal get away for two, tucked away in the heart of Yoxford and just a short drive away from the Heritage Coast.  The Vintage Open Day

It was really lovely to see some of our guests staying in Aldeburgh coming along to our Vintage Open Day, it was just as nice to have local residents passing through to take a look inside the magnificent property.  We even had the privilege of the Mayor of Aldeburgh coming to visit the property!

The day took a great start with the sun-shining through out the day and a continuous flow of people coming to visit. Of course the famous Best Of Suffolk Morris Minor appeared at the event showcasing the Best Of Suffolk Balloons and sparked the interrest of passes by.   

The property was a hit! lots of people enjoyed experiencing what an original 1920's period house looked like along with meeting the Best Of Suffolk team. The Vintage House is available to book for an amazing holiday in Aldeburgh or you can search our website for more suffolk holiday cottages.

Lots Of Fun At 60's By The Sea Festival!

The 60's by the sea event was once again a massive success and we would like to thank everyone who came along and joined us in the fun. 

It was much fun to see lots of people enjoying the Best Of Suffolk 'Hook a Duck' stall at the 60's by Sea Festival on Saturday. The hot weather definitely contributed to such a fantastic day in which we managed to raise over £100 for the Best Of Suffolk charity fund! 

As a company we pride ourselves in helping the local community and this is one of the great ways in which we do this. The atmosphere was bustling with lots of stalls including a champagne stall and beer tent, our stall was a chance to win a balloon and sweet if you hooked a number 5 duck! which proved very popular with the little ones! The aeroplanes were also amazing to watch and we certainly enjoyed the live music too. 

This is just one fun event of many that happen in Aldeburgh; a beautiful coastal location, home to lots of pubs, restaurants, cafe's and fun attractions. We have many luxurious properties in Aldeburgh along with other suffolk holiday cottages available to book.

This stylish retreat can be found in one of Southwold's famous victorian houses as a spacious first and second floor apartment. Ideally close to lots of unique shops, pubs, restaurants and cafe's and just minutes away form the seafront. 

There are four bedrooms in this property, two with very comfortable super king size beds and wardrobe for extra clothing space. The third bedroom features two single beds with a dismantled drum kit creatively displayed as a bed side table. In the fourth bedroom is a bunk bed, however the first and second bedroom can have two single beds configured if required.

This lovely converted barn is positioned in the idyllic countryside of Knodishall. Tucked away along a lane 1/4 mile from the road away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

A warm and welcoming design is evident throughout the property, with a light and airy entrance hallway leading to the 'L shaped' open plan sitting/dining/kitchen area. This room features a wood burning stove, two comfy sofas and armchair, a Flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen area homes many luxurious appliances such as an LG Fridge/Freezer, Dualit toaster and kettle, washing machine and utility cupboard. There is also a door leading out to a sun trapping patio.

This lovely self catering holiday cottage sleeps 6 with 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable king size and built in wardrobes. The second bedroom also kingsize bed with views over looking the neighbouring fields, this room is on the ground floor. We are pleased to announce that this new converted barn is now available to book! 

Situated in the rural and beautiful area of Knodishall, hidden down a bridle way a 1/4 mile from the road, you can be sure to have some peace and quiet. 

You are welcomed with a unique and stylish design throughout the property with a light and airy hallway which leads to the gorgeous open plan sitting/dining/kitchen area.

This lovely self catering holiday cottage has a spacious kitchen full with luxurious amenities such as a Neff Ceramic Hob Oven, dishwasher, Dualit Toaster and Kettle, LG Fridge/Freezer and a Washing machine. The kitchen is also accompanied with a walnut table and chairs seating up to 6 guests. This separates the lounge which homes a modern corner sofa, wood burning stove and a flat screen TV. 

The spacious family bathroom has a large wall mounted mirror, white bath, hand basin and WC, along with a heated towel rack to enjoy snuggling up in a warm towel after a relaxing bath.

There are three bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king size bed for an extra comfortable night's sleep, a walk in wardrobe for extra storage and an ensuite. The second bedroom also has a king size bed with a double wardrobe and a skylight window to enjoy the views of the garden.
